Our story
Third Eye Business Solutions LLC was established in 2018 and launched by Bridget LaFleur and Kimberly Tillman Bahrami, two executives with a combined fifty years inside federal and military healthcare.
The work started with the late-1980s deployment of CHCS, DoD’s first electronic health record. From that foundation the team moved into global telemedicine and virtual health for conventional and theater operations — CONUS and OCONUS MTFs, Role II and III facilities, and Managed Care Support Contractor organizations.
Today 3E focuses on the operational layer federal healthcare still struggles with: revenue cycle, referral and appointing, medical documentation review, virtual health, and program management that actually holds at scale.
