Bridget A. LaFleur

CEO / Managing Member

Ms. LaFleur brings 25+ years of results-driven leadership across large healthcare payer and provider government service contracts. She is a founding owner of Third Eye Business Solutions and Managing Member of TRIAD Healthcare Solutions JV.

She has led multi-million-dollar portfolios supporting Army, Navy, and Air Force medical programs across CONUS and OCONUS locations, including oversight of teams exceeding 100 personnel and operations spanning more than 40 Military Treatment Facilities worldwide.

Her career includes securing and executing a $50M+ sole-source contract supporting the Department of Defense’s Joint Operational Medicine Information Systems (JOMIS), delivering telehealth and teleradiology to deployed forces in Afghanistan, Iraq, Jordan, and the Gulf Cooperation Council region. She led the Army’s first Tele-Behavioral Health implementation across five Regional Medical Commands and directed the Army mCare mobile health program supporting traumatic brain injury care coordination.

Kimberly Tillman-Bahrami

President

Ms. Bahrami is recognized for federal, defense, and state-level management and technical expertise. She is a proven relationship developer and growth executive with a record of standing up complex integration work involving networks, systems security, and medical devices.

Early in her career she supported the worldwide deployment of military health’s first $1.2 billion electronic healthcare system (CHCS). As CIO for the State of Florida she oversaw a $1.2 billion IT budget and major technology initiatives affecting 16 million Floridians, including enterprise HIT work for Florida’s Department of Health and Agency for Health Care Administration.

In more recent years she has focused on DHA telemedicine and operational medicine — teleradiology, Global Enterprise Image Exchange, and Tele-Critical Care. She led global teleradiology services to joint operational medical locations and, during the COVID-19 response, an industry initiative to provide digital imaging sharing on the USNS Mercy and Comfort.
